Terms of Registration

Symposium Secretariat will confirm by email not later than 30 November 2024 whether your registration is accepted or not. Please contact us at 2528 0196 if you do not receive our notification by then.

If you are unable to attend and want to cancel your registration, you must notify the Symposium Secretariat in writing via email, fax or by post, stating your full name and contact information. Refund of registration fee will be handled according to the following terms:

Cancellation made	Refund
1. On or before 10.10.2024	1. 50% of registration fee
2. After 10.10.2024	2. No refund

The E-Receipt for the registration fee will be distributed to participants.

If black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 8 is hoisted, the Symposium will be cancelled. Details of arrangements will be announced afterwards.

The personal data provided will be used for the purpose of carrying out the above-mentioned Symposium and other directly related purposes only. The personal data will be retained for a period of 12 months after the above-mentioned Symposium is practically completed.
